The 13th edition of the Mubadala World Tennis Championship is planned to take place from 17-19 December 2020 at the International Tennis Centre, Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi. Children under the age of 2 will be required to sit on a carers lap unless a ticket is purchased.
Children age 2 – 12 are free on Day 1 with a purchase of an Adult.
Children age 2 -12 require a purchased ticket for Day 2 and Day 3.

Tennis village will host player autograph sessions, player coaching clinics. It will also offer a variety of food and beverage choices, and a number of activities from sponsors and exhibitors to entertain you and your family.

The format includes a 6 man player draw, single elimination series of matches with the final match featuring the remaining two best players. A 3rd and 4th place match will precede the final. The top two seeded players will receive a Bye to day 1 matches.
All elimination matches and the final will be played best of 3 sets, regular ATP World Tour scoring.
The 3rd place and 5th place matches will be played best of 3 sets with a super tiebreak to 10 points determining the 3rd set.

The first day of the event will also see the match of two top women’s players.

Each day, two star players will be signing autographs in the Tennis Village – this really is an opportunity not to be missed!

Three categories are available for sale (Premier; Category 1; Category 2):

  • Premier is closest to the court and includes hospitality

  • Category 1 is the next section closest (lower bowl) to the court followed by Category 2 (upper bowl)

  • Neither Category 1 nor Category 2 include hospitality

This is an all-ages event.
Valid ID checks will take place for those over 21 wishing to purchase alcohol. Original Identification must be produced to purchase alcoholic beverages (Original Passport, UAE Driver’s License, UAE and GCC ID card).
2 and under are permitted to enter the stadium free of charge. The village is open to all ages and is free to the public.

No outside food is permitted in the stadium however there will be various vendors within the Tennis Village catering to customer requirements. Please note that no bottle caps are allowed in the venue (these will be removed upon purchase for safety reasons)
All tickets have a uniquely encrypted barcode to validate entry and allow detection of counterfeit tickets.
Yes, the limit is 10 tickets per transaction.
Once you purchase the ticket, it is a condition of sale that there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, a customer is automatically accepting all terms and conditions. Attendees are encourages to read the terms and conditions prior to entering the venue.
It is a condition of sale that the tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organiser, be resold at a price above the face value of the tickets or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to in any way enhance the demand for any goods or services. If a ticket is sold and/or used in breach of this condition, the Organiser reserves the right to deny admission to the bearer of the ticket. Please also note that any proposed invitation or other material in relation to the tickets containing any image or material forming part of the intellectual property rights of FLASH or the Artist without the Organisers prior written consent, is an infringement of the intellectual property rights and all rights and remedies in this respect are reserved.
The Organiser will determine the nature of the problem, and if your tickets are replaceable, instruct you as to where and when to pick up your replacement tickets. Replacement tickets can only be picked up by the Credit Card holder with the original credit card used in the purchase. The replacement of any tickets automatically cancels and voids the previous bar-coded ticket. Please contact customerservice@ticketmaster.ae for further assistance.
Yes, but no flash photography is allowed during play.
Aerosol cans, chains, studded bracelets, glow sticks, coolers or ice chests, furniture, fireworks, flares or smoke bombs, illegal drugs, laser pens and pointers, noisemaking devices (whistles, air horns, etc.) food and beverage, poles to display banners, flags, etc., cameras, video or recording devices, weapons and any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by the Organiser.
Yes, food and beverage will be made available for those who wish to purchase within the Tennis Village and in the Stadium.

Yes, car parking spaces are available at the venue. Please follow the clearly marked parking signs.
The Tennis Village opens at midday each day, so you are encouraged to come early to experience the free family activities, F&B, player clinics and
autograph sessions and lots more fun!
There is wheelchair and disabled access at the venue for this show. A disabled platform is available, for a wheelchair and one carer. Please email the Organiser at customerservice@ticketmaster.ae to notify of any wheelchair or disabled customers attendance.

ATM’s are located at the Bowling Centre next to the Venue.

There are a large number of hotels located near the venue and within Abu Dhabi.
